General

The students/clients are requested to provide and carry their Learner Permit / Overseas Licence (Original) / Learner Permit Result Sheet (Original) while learning to drive.

The students/clients must produce the appropriate Learner permit or other licenses before the commencement of every driving lesson and must always be in the student’s possession during the learning/teaching process.

The students/clients should provide their full address, contact mobile number and their email id for records purpose to the booking office or Instructors.

Safe footwear to be worn while driving. open footwear, (barefoot) including high heels is deemed unsafe for training and driving test purposes. your allocated instructor has the right to refuse the lesson/test in which case the session shall be forfeited.

Driving lessons and the VicRoads practical driving test are subject to instructor availability.

Driving Instructor car is insured with Comprehensive Insurance, however if the learner driver is driving the car and involve in an accident. He/she will be liable for any excess to repair the damage to the car. Which can be from $750 – $4,000.

It is essential you check with your instructor for his/her availability prior to booking the driving test with VicRoads or you will need to change your test date with VicRoads at your own cost.

It is students/clients responsibility to advise the school or the instructor in case he/she is having any (prescribed or not) medication that might affect the driving. All mobile phones should be turned off during the driving lesson or should be in silent mode.

Bookings and Cancellation

If the student/client decides to cancel a lesson strictly 24-hour notice of (cancellation/postponement or change of pickup location) of lesson via SMS, phone call 0404 123 444, 0411 782 240, 0452 245 513 or email to greensignalsdriving@gmail.com is required.

If the cancellation notice is less than 24 hours 100% of that driving lesson will be deducted or charged.

If student/client is not present or contactable for the commencement of a driving lesson, Driving instructor shall wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after which the lesson is forfeited.

Only in case of an emergency or car breakdown the instructor can cancel and reschedule the lesson.

Payments and Refunds

The Driving School / Instructor accepts payments by cash and bank transfer, Payments should be made prior to the commencement of the driving lesson or driving test.

It is student/clients responsibility to provide the required documents to the VicRoads before the test, if the test is not conducted for any reason due to student’s mistake or other reason, the driving instructors driving test charges are not refundable.

Gift vouchers/ free lessons/ discounts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred to a friend or third party. 

All packages, Gift Vouchers and lessons are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and should be used within that time. If you have un-used lessons after package expired there will be no refund of unused driving lessons. 

By purchasing or buying lessons or packages or gift certificates purchased it is taken you have read our terms and conditions.

On VicRoads practical drive test day it is student/clients responsibility to provide the required documents to the VicRoads before the test (including VicRoads appointment receipt, valid Hazard Perception Test documents, eye wear and log book) relating to your personal circumstances and meet the VicRoads criteria and as specified by the VicRoads testing officer/management on the day (call VicRoads 131171 or go to official website). If the VicRoads officer/management does not accept your documents (including insufficient documents) or you do not meet their criteria and the test is rejected, we do not offer any refunds.
